MILKEFFEKT philosophy

We draw inspiration for the production of cheese specialties from the traditions of the Beskydy Highlanders. The unique recipe of our cheeses is based on the interpenetrating influences of a unique place on the border between the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Milkeffekt cheeses are mostly made from highest quality milk without any artifical coservatives. Milkeffekt smoked cheese owes its unique taste to the smoking process on beech wood. For flavored cheese, we use only natural mixtures of herbs and spices, based on our own proven recipes.
